DESCRIPTION

Metal bellows seals are non-pusher type mechanical seals using a welded or formed metal bellows instead of traditional dynamic elastomers. These are ideal for high-temperature, vacuum, and aggressive media applications where elastomers would fail.

FEATURES
  • No dynamic elastomers – suitable for high-temperature and vacuum.
  • Welded or formed metal bellows – flexible, pressure-balanced sealing.
  • Corrosion-resistant bellows material – usually SS316L, AM350, Hastelloy, Inconel, etc.
  • Available in single, double, and cartridge designs.
  • Axial movement compensation via bellows flexure.
